Terms of Use

To use InternsFly, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or have verifiable parental consent)
• Be a student, recent graduate, or educational institution representative
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Not be barred from accessing the platform under applicable Indian law

Organisations registering as employers must be legally constituted entities in India or abroad with lawful intent to engage interns.

When you create an account on InternsFly:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must notify us immediately at support@internsfly.com if you suspect unauthorised access
• You may not create accounts for others without their consent, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• InternsFly reserves the right to suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent activity

You agree to use InternsFly only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

When applying for internships through InternsFly:

• All information submitted in applications must be accurate and verifiable
• InternsFly acts as an intermediary platform; the hiring decision rests solely with the partner organisation
• Receiving a shortlist notification does not constitute a guarantee of selection or employment
• You must not misrepresent your qualifications, skills, or educational background
• InternsFly is not responsible for the conduct of partner organisations during the selection process

Completion certificates issued by InternsFly are:

• Issued under the authority of Xyster Services Pvt. Ltd. upon verified program completion
• Conditional on satisfactory submission of deliverables (weekly reports, final presentation)
• Not equivalent to a government-issued credential or academic degree
• Subject to revocation if fraudulent activity is discovered post-issuance

InternsFly reserves the right to delay or withhold certificates where performance standards have not been met.

For paid courses offered on the InternsFly platform:

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateways
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Digital course content once accessed is generally non-refundable
• Free courses are available at no charge and may be withdrawn at any time

All content on InternsFly — including the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, course material, and software — is owned by or licensed to Xyster Services Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission.

Content you upload (your resume, profile, application materials) remains your property. By uploading it, you grant InternsFly a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and share it with relevant partner organisations for recruitment purposes.

InternsFly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Internship listings are always current, accurate, or result in placement
• Partner organisations will fulfil stated internship terms
• The platform will meet your specific expectations or requirements

To the extent permitted by Indian law, all implied warranties are excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xyster Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of InternsFly, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, income, data, or reputation. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to InternsFly in the 12 months preceding the claim.

InternsFly reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of InternsFly shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. These terms comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
