The internship program offered by Internsfly Private Limited (A unit of Xyster Services Pvt. Ltd.) is a structured, outcome-oriented training initiative designed to provide practical exposure, skill enhancement, and industry readiness to undergraduate and postgraduate students across various disciplines.
This program is carefully designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world industry requirements, enabling students to gain hands-on experience through practical assignments, live projects, and guided mentorship.
The internship framework is aligned with the guidelines of Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak, under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, ensuring proper integration of experiential learning, skill-based education, and continuous assessment as mandated by the university.
INTERNSHIP STRUCTURE
Duration: 120 Hours (4 Weeks Recommended)
Mode: Online / Hybrid
Applicable Courses: BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BCA, BTech, MA, M.Com, etc.

To provide hands-on training in basic accounting processes and Tally operations, enabling students to understand real-world financial transactions and business accounting systems.

Creation of a new company, setting financial year, and configuring basic details.
Ledger Creation
Creating and managing ledgers for accounts, expenses, income, and parties.
Purchase Voucher Entry
Recording purchase transactions and understanding input entries.

What You'll Do
- Students participating in the internship program shall maintain professional conduct and adhere to the rules, regulations, and guidelines of both the College and Internsfly throughout the internship duration.
- They shall ensure regular attendance and punctuality and actively participate in all training sessions, workshops, and project activities. Students must complete assigned tasks within stipulated timelines while maintaining quality and originality.
- They shall maintain a daily logbook of activities and submit it for periodic review. At the end of the internship, students shall submit a final internship report in the prescribed format.
- Students must maintain strict confidentiality of organizational data and comply with mentor and faculty instructions. Any misconduct or violation of rules may lead to termination of the internship.

Perks & Benefits
The internship program shall be conducted on the Internsfly Private Limited, platform; however, the course content, training delivery, and academic supervision shall be provided by Xyster Services Private Limited.
Upon successful completion of the internship, the Internship Certificate and Performance Evaluation Report shall be issued by Xyster Services Private Limited on behalf of Internsfly Private Limited. Such certification shall validate that the student has successfully completed the internship program, including all training modules, assignments, and project work, in accordance with the prescribed guidelines.
